To use the Fintokei services, the Customer must have access to appropriate hardware, software, and an internet connection. In particular:
1. Hardware
A desktop or laptop computer, tablet, or other compatible device capable of running modern web browsers and/or third-party trading platforms.
The device must meet the minimum system requirements of the operating system and any trading platform used.
2. Operating System
A current or supported version of a commonly used operating system, such as Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, or Android.
3. Software and Browsers
A modern, up-to-date web browser (such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, or Safari) with cookies and JavaScript enabled; and/or
Access to compatible third-party trading software or platforms as specified in the Challenge description and rules.
4. Internet Connection
A stable and sufficiently fast internet connection is required.
Fintokei is not responsible for interruptions, delays, or failures caused by the Customer’s internet connection or network environment.
5. Third-Party Services
The Services may rely on third-party software, platforms, or data providers (including simulated trading platforms).
Availability and performance of such third-party services are outside Fintokei’s control and may affect access to or use of the Services.
6. Customer Responsibility
• The Customer is responsible for ensuring that their device, software, and internet connection meet the above requirements before purchasing and using the Services.
• Fintokei does not guarantee that the Services will function correctly on all devices, operating systems, or configurations.
