We welcome any adult aged 18 or over. No specific background, education, or degree is required to take part.
We cannot accept individuals with a criminal financial record or those appearing on any sanctions list.
1. Countries we currently cannot serve
We do not currently provide our services to residents or citizens of the following countries:
Afghanistan, Belarus, Cuba, India, Iran, Iraq, Myanmar, North Korea, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, USA, Venezuela, and Yemen.
Temporarily restricted: Bangladesh, China, Pakistan, and Vietnam.
If you are a citizen of one of the temporarily restricted countries and are still interested in Fintokei, we recommend following our social media, email newsletter, or this FAQ. We will do our best to lift the current restrictions and welcome you as a Fintokei client in the future.
Please note that if you hold residency or citizenship in any of the countries listed above, you should not participate in Fintokei. Due to our KYC (identity) verification process, you could otherwise risk having your payout request rejected.
2. Countries with restricted new purchases
In the following countries, new purchases are currently not available:
Ethiopia, Ghana, Indonesia, Kenya, Malaysia, Morocco, Nigeria, Philippines, Saudi Arabia, Senegal, South Africa, Thailand, Ukraine, and the United Arab Emirates.
3. Countries with cryptocurrency payouts available
⚠️ Due to technical limitations, cryptocurrency payouts are not available in every country. Performance rewards can currently be requested via the crypto payout method only in the following countries:
Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Türkiye, and the United Kingdom.
If your country of residence is not listed, cryptocurrency payouts are currently unavailable, and you can request your performance reward via one of the other available methods instead.
