Login details (account number, password) are generated by our system after opening a trading account and are sent in a Welcome email to the email address you filled into the registration form.
If you have a problem with the platform login, please make sure you entered the correct credentials we provided through the email after account opening.
If the error message ,,Invalid account” appears in the platform, you most likely did not fill Account number ( Login ), Password or Server correctly. Please note it might be a combination of all the parameters. Make sure the password is filled without space before or after the last parameter.
If the error message ,,no connection “ appears in the platform and at the same time your internet connection is stable, please try to login to the trading account once again and rewrite the server name with Server's IP address.
