Overview of Corporate Entity Approval

Updated yesterday

Once approved, all current and future Virtually Funded Accounts in your profile will become legally assigned to your corporate entity

Your MyFintokei access remains unchanged — you will continue using the same login email and client profile.

Your approved corporate entity information will be available in the Profile section of your MyFintokei dashboard.

Your are eligible to apply for Corporate entity account only if both following conditions are met:

  • Corporate entity is incorporated in Japan

  • You are the sole director and shareholder of the corporate entity

*Please note that only one corporate entity can be registered per client. Even if you own multiple companies, registering more than one is not permitted.

Account Structure & Login

Accounts (existing and new) remain grouped under the same client profile.

No new login or separate corporate account will be required. Access to MyFintokei stays exactly the same.

Since the registered name will remain the same, any kind of certificates (ProTrader・Payout) will still be issued under your individual name and not your corporate entity name.

Purchases and Payments

New purchases must still be made as an individual.

Payments must be completed via your personal payment card, personal bank account, or personal crypto wallet.

Please note that corporate payment methods are not used for product purchases.

Payout Rules After Approval

All payouts from Virtually Funded Accounts will be processed exclusively via bank transfer to the corporate bank account registered under your company name.

Payouts to personal bank accounts or other payouts methods are no longer available once your entity is approved.

You may select one corporate bank account registered under your company name to receive all payouts.

Legal Assignment of Accounts

By Fintokei proceeding with the approval of your corporate entity, you agree that:

  • All current and future Virtually Funded Accounts will legally be held under your corporate entity. Note that you are not entitled to undone.

  • All payouts will be sent only to the corporate bank account associated with your entity.

If Your Corporate Entity Request Is Rejected:

  • You will receive a rejection notice via e-mail.

  • You may re-apply after ensuring all required documents and information are accurate and complete.

  • Access to MyFintokei and all your accounts remains fully available - just your corporate registration will not be acceptable.
