Can you tell me about SEPA bank transfers?

SEPA (Single Euro Payments Area) bank transfers are one of the available methods for buying a challenge on Fintokei. Please keep in mind that only accounts in EUR currency can be bought via this method.

You can find all necessary details explaining this payment method down below:

  • Please ensure you accurately copy the recipient bank details provided on the order page. Transfer the exact amount from your personal bank account without making any changes. Please make sure the transaction is submitted as SEPA Transfer. SWIFT transfers are not supported.

  • The SEPA transfer must be made from your own bank account. If the account holder's name does not match the name registered with us, we will not be able to process your transaction.

  • For banks that support SEPA transactions, transfers are typically processed and reflected within 1-3 business days.

  • If you wish to continue using bank transfer payments in the future, please do not send funds directly to the same recipient account. Instead, create new payment details on our website or place an order on MyFintokei to generate new recipient payment details before making a new payment.

  • For multiple purchases of the same plan, a new request must be submitted each time via our website or the MyFintokei purchase page.

  • Transfers must be completed within 7 days of submitting a request. If the transfer is not made within this timeframe, the request will become invalid, and you will need to submit a new one.

    FEES AND REFUNDS

  • SEPA Bank transfers are free of charge.

  • If a refund is required, a processing fee of 25 EUR will be deducted from the refunded amount. Please keep this in mind when initiating transactions. If the refundable amount does not cover the processing fee, the refund will not be processed. A refund is only required in cases where the incoming payment is missing a Reference ID or when the amount does not exactly match the purchase price.
