Vouchers are 100% discount codes that registered clients can purchase as a gift to someone else. These vouchers are available for specific plans and platforms and can be bought through the “Home -> Voucher” button in the MyFintokei portal. Once purchased, the voucher is valid for 30 days and can only be redeemed by someone other than the buyer. The voucher details, including the plan and expiration date can be found in the MyProfile tab under the section Vouchers.

It’s important to note that vouchers are non-refundable once redeemed and the customer is not entitled to receive Contract Fee with the first Performance reward payout. Additionally, customers cannot use the discount codes to purchase vouchers, nor can they redeem vouchers for themselves. This ensures that vouchers remain a giftable benefit, encouraging their use for others within the Fintokei community.

If you realize that you bought incorrect Voucher or that you want to get your Voucher fee back for other reasons, you are eligible to ask for a refund of Voucher fee 14 days from the purchase. If the Voucher was already used, you are not eligible for a refund.
