In your trading platform, click on "File" in the top left corner.
2. Choose the option "Login to Trade Account".
Enter your login information (Account Number, Password, and Server). You can find these details directly in your MyFintokei zone under the "Accounts" -> "Detail" section. For the server option, please select the one shown in the image below, then click "Login".

If the chart window shows “Waiting for Update” and the chart is not displayed:
Please drag and drop your desired currency pair from the Market Watch window into the “Waiting for Update” chart area. This will display the chart.
Alternatively, in the Market Watch window, right-click on the desired currency pair and select [Chart Window]. The chart will then open in a separate window.
For trading accounts with our company, please refrain from using platforms provided by other brokers and log in using the platforms we provide. You can find platforms directly in myfintokei zone - Accounts -> Platforms (next to account number).
