Once you complete your purchase and the product has been provided by accessing MyFintokei zone or placing the first trade on a demo account, the refund is no longer available. From that moment we are not obliged to make any refunds.
If you have not yet accessed MyFintokei or make a trade on your account, we will accept refunds within two weeks of your purchase, provided you have emailed us your request.
We will not accept a refund if you contact us via chat or contact form.
You will receive a Contract Fee worth the amount of your purchase after you successfully pass two phases of evaluation on ProTrader account or three phases of evalution on StartTrader account. Contract Fee is processed together with the first performance reward payout from the account.
