Can I get a refund for my purchase?

Once you complete your purchase and the product has been provided by accessing MyFintokei zone or placing the first trade on a demo account, the refund is no longer available. From that moment we are not obliged to make any refunds.

If you have not yet accessed MyFintokei or made a trade on your account, we will accept refunds within two weeks of your purchase, provided you have emailed us your request.

We will not accept a refund if you contact us via chat or contact form.
