If you want to change to another challenge, or if you mistakenly purchased a different challenge than you requested at the time of purchase, we can only accept changes for SwiftTrader program or for accounts in Phase 1 for ProTrader program with no trades and within 14 days from purchase.
Please note that we are unable to change the plan/amount of funds if you have already proceeded to Phase 2 or later or you made any trade.
We will refund you the amount you paid for the challenge and you can then buy your preferred challenge. Please note that your original account will be closed and you will have to start over.
