For standard bank wires, crypto withdrawals, or any Walletory payouts exceeding the $10,000 limit, your funds are sent within 1 business day (and often even sooner).
*Most requests are processed in 10–20 seconds. In rare cases, approval might take slightly longer.

For instant payments, Fintokei utilizes the services of Walletory Pte Ltd. Please note the following:
Independent Onboarding: Onboarding to Walletory is fully separated and isolated from Fintokei’s processes. Clients must be onboarded by Walletory separately in accordance with Walletory's own procedures, which Fintokei cannot affect or control. If you are not onboarded with them, some features (like instant payouts) might not be available or could be suspended subject to Walletory terms.
