Coupon code cannot be used

Discount codes are sometimes sent after disqualification from a challenge, but that’s not the only way to receive them.

You can also find discount codes through our social media channels, on the Fintokei website, or via our affiliate partners.

If you receive an error when applying a discount code, please check the following:

  • One-time use: Codes can usually be used only once. Make sure the code has not already been redeemed.

  • Plan restrictions: Some codes are linked to a specific plan. For example, a code sent after disqualification is valid only for purchasing the same plan again.

  • Customer eligibility: Certain campaigns issue codes that are valid only for a customer’s first purchase at Fintokei.

  • Campaign status: A code may no longer be valid if the campaign has already ended.

Login requirement: You must be logged into MyFintokei when using the code.
