What is the "Challenge fee back" campaign?

When does the promotion run?
You can buy a challenge with the code BYEBYEFEE from 12 October 2026 until 26 November 2026. You need to reach your first payout on that account by 31 December 2026 (23:59 CET).
Which programs are eligible?
The offer applies to all Fintokei challenges: StartTrader, SwiftTrader, ProTrader and ProTrader Swing, purchased with the code BYEBYEFEE.
How do I get my challenge fee back?
Buy any eligible challenge with the promo code BYEBYEFEE at checkout.
Complete the challenge conditions and reach your first payout on that account by 31 December 2026.
Request your payout as usual. You don't need to contact Support.
We reimburse your challenge fee (the amount you actually paid) together with your payout.
When will I receive my challenge fee back?
We reimburse the challenge fee together with your payout, but it can arrive at a different time. If you paid by card, it can take up to 14 business days until the return of the card transaction appears on your account, so your payout may already be credited several days before.
Important rules & conditions:
Promo code required: enter the code BYEBYEFEE at checkout.
No limit: if you buy more challenges during the campaign and reach the first payout on each of them in time, you get the challenge fee back for each of them.
One code per purchase: this offer cannot be combined with other discount codes or cashback deals.
Refund of your purchase: if your purchase is refunded (for example if you withdraw from the contract where permitted), this promo no longer applies to that challenge. Refund eligibility always follows Fintokei's standard refund policy.
General Terms apply: this promo is subject to Fintokei’s General Terms and FPP terms. The challenge fee is not reimbursed if your payout is refused or reversed, or if your account is breached or closed for a breach of the Terms.
