1. Overview
The XMAS Promo offer allows customers to purchase up to three challenges and become eligible to spin the Spinwheel up to three times, with a chance to win a reward each time, subject to the specific conditions outlined below.
After completing the purchase, customers will receive an email inviting them to spin for their reward in client zone My.Fintokei.
2. Eligibility
The Promo offer applies to all offered Challenges.
Both new and existing customers are eligible to participate in this Promo offer.
3. Promo Code
Customers must use the special promo code XMAS during the checkout process to participate in the offer.
The promo code is valid for use starting 4th December 2025 and is applicable until 31st December 2025.
4. Limitations
Customers can earn up to 3 awards per person. That means they can use the Promo code a maximum of three times. Customers have to use the code XMAS with each of these three purchases.
No additional discounts, coupons, or promotions can be combined with this Promo offer.

6. Spinwheel prize conditions
All Spinwheel prizes are subject to the following universal condition:
Universal Condition (applies to ALL prizes):
To receive any Spinwheel reward, the customer must:
Purchase a Challenge using the XMAS discount code,
Spin the Spinwheel, and
Win the corresponding prize on the Spinwheel.
Below you will find additional specific conditions for each type of prize.
Monthly TradingView subscription
The customer will automatically receive this reward via email on the same day they win it on the Spinwheel.
The email will contain instructions or the subscription link/code.
The customer must already have an active TradingView account (free or paid).
If the customer does not have one, they must create a TradingView account before redeeming the reward.The code will apply one month of free subscription to your existing plan, or extend your current subscription by one month
Promo codes cannot be exchanged for cash, combined with other TradingView offers, or used retroactively on existing charges

The customer will automatically receive this reward via email on the same day they win it on the Spinwheel.
Fintokei Merchandise
The customer will automatically receive their merchandise reward by the end of March 2026.
The item will be shipped to the billing address provided at checkout.
The customer is fully responsible for ensuring that the billing/shipping address entered at checkout is correct and deliverable.
The merchandise type is determined strictly by the Spinwheel outcome:

The customer cannot choose or exchange merchandise items.
Discount code
The customer will automatically receive the discount code via email on the same day they win it on the Spinwheel.
The discount is valid for the next purchase of any Fintokei product.
The value of the discount (5%–24%) corresponds exactly to the amount won on the Spinwheel.
Each discount code can be used only once per customer.
All Spinwheel discount codes are valid until February 28, 2026.
Free challenge (with the first payout)
The Free challenge will only be issued after the customer achieves the first payout on the Virtually Funded account that follows the initial purchase with the XMAS Promo offer code and wins the corresponding “Free challenge (with first payout)” reward on the Spinwheel.
You must receive a Payout during the Virtually funded phase (related to a Challenge purchased with the Promo code) by the 30th of April 2026, otherwise you are not eligible for a Free Challenge.
Your Free challenge account will be issued following your first processed payout related to the Challenge account with XMAS promo code used. You’ll have 30 days to activate it and start trading, otherwise, it will be permanently deactivated.
The Free Challenge issued under this Promo offer will match the starting capital of the purchased Challenge.
Free challenge retry (1st phase)
The reward is delivered after the customer breaches the challenge purchased with the XMAS promo code during Phase 1.
The customer will receive a 100% discount code valid for 24 hours from the moment the account is breached.
The code must be used to purchase the same challenge (same program, currency, and platform) as the original one.

The customer will automatically receive this prize via email after winning a “Free Challenge” on the Spinwheel
The free challenge awarded will match exactly the prize shown on the Spinwheel. It may be one of the following:

7. General Conditions
Fintokei reserves the right to alter, amend, modify any conditions and/or suspend or terminate the Promo offer at any time without prior notice.
By participating in this Promo offer, customers agree to these terms and conditions. General terms and conditions are fully applicable.
Specifically note that Fintokei Service is delivered electronically, once you log into the Client Zone and/or place your first trade, you agree to fully execute the service. From that moment, the service is considered performed and your right to withdraw ends; no refund is applicable.
