KYC (know your customer) is a process which helps us with verification of your identity before we can give you your ProTrader virtual account or before you can withdraw your performance rewards.

You can do KYC in two cases: when you buy a SwiftTrader program and when you complete Phase 2 of ProTrader Program. You can start KYC process by clicking on "My profile" in top right corner and then on "Start now" under the "KYC submission".

KYC is very short process, you only need to upload some sort of your ID and do the selfie verification through the camera on the device you are using (phone, tablet, PC...). There could be one additional step to provide some kind of Proof of Residency. It depends on your residential country. More information who could join Fintokei is HERE.

After that, you will receive an email about successful KYC verification. This process is fully automated, you don't have to wait for approval from our side.
