Account deletion request (Google Play requirement)
To request the deletion of your Fintokei Academy account and associated data, simply email your request to [email protected].
Please include:
Subject: Fintokei Academy - Delete Account
The email address you used to sign up
What gets deleted
Once your request is processed, we will delete:
Account profile data (name, email, username, avatar)
Learning progress (drill completions, study progress, XP, level, streaks, claimed rewards)
Simulator data (virtual balance, virtual trade history, win-rate stats)
What may be kept (and for how long)
Anonymized aggregate metrics that are not linked to your identity may be retained.
Verification records may be retained for up to 30 days to confirm the deletion request, then permanently erased.
Personal data under further conditions specified in the privacy policy.
Processing time
Requests are processed within 14 business days.
