If you have been using Fintokei Academy as a guest (without registering an account), we do not store any personal data linked to you. There is no account on record — therefore no deletion request is necessary. There is simply nothing for us to delete.

To request the deletion of your Fintokei Academy account and associated data, simply email your request to [email protected].

What gets deleted

Once your request is processed, we will delete:
Account profile data (name, email, username, avatar)
Learning progress (drill completions, study progress, XP, level, streaks, claimed rewards)
Simulator data (virtual balance, virtual trade history, win-rate stats)
What may be kept (and for how long)
What may be kept (and for how long)
Anonymized aggregate metrics that are not linked to your identity may be retained.
Verification records may be retained for up to 30 days to confirm the deletion request, then permanently erased.
Personal data under further conditions specified in the privacy policy.
