It’s a gamified system where every action counts. You earn Experience Points (XP) for trading, completing Missions, and engaging with our platform. As you collect XP, you accelerate through different Tiers (levels).

If you don't see the Loyalty section yet, don't panic! 🛑
We are rolling out the program in stages. It’s possible your account is still being updated or the feature is currently being launched for your specific region.
Another reason why you don't see the Loyalty program may be the fact that we have not made the program available to all customers, especially those for whom we have had to apply restrictions resulting from the risk analysis of business data on client accounts in the past.

The Loyalty Program from Fintokei does not represent a “pay-to-win” concept and is not characterized or operated as such. The program is designed to support Fintokei’s educational and performance-evaluation objectives, which focus on skill development, disciplined risk management, and the objective assessment of trading performance through individualized concepts. Prior to its implementation, all conditions are clearly defined in the FAQs, Landing Page, General Terms, and FPP Terms; accordingly, the program does not provide unfair or misleading advantages and is implemented with transparent, accurate, and non-deceptive disclosures. As such, Fintokei disclaims any liability arising from user misunderstandings or misinterpretations of the clearly disclosed conditions.
